Flat fees can be beneficial for both the client and attorney. A flat fee provides certainty about the legal fees for the client and an incentive for the attorney to be efficient and complete the matter within a time frame. Although contract drafting and some other matters can have unpredictable time requirements that make flat rates unfeasible. In most matters, I can analyze your case to determine a fair flat fee.
